Eurofragance, the Spanish multinational specialising in the creation of fragrances, has announced the appointment of a new CEO who will take up the position in 2026. This strategic move aims to strengthen the company's global presence and consolidate its position in the international market. Joan Pere Jiménez, who currently holds the position of Chief Market Officer, will take over as CEO from Lauren Mecier, who has held the position since 2018.

This succession process, planned from 2023, will run throughout 2025 to ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities and continuity of the company's strategic vision.

On the financial side, Eurofragance closed 2023 with a turnover of EUR 146 million, representing an increase of more than 20% over the previous year. This remarkable growth is attributed to the segmentation of markets with higher potential and a continued focus on customer service excellence. Key regions such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Europe have been instrumental in achieving these results, while emerging markets such as India and Indonesia have also contributed positively.

Looking ahead, the company is strengthening its investments in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity to support its new strategic plan. These initiatives aim to innovate in fragrance development and guarantee the protection of its systems and data, ensuring sustainable and secure growth in the coming year.

With more than three decades in the market, Eurofragance continues its commitment to innovation and international expansion, backed by a strong financial track record and a management team focused on growth and excellence.
