Change in the leadership of Creed. Following the departure of Sarah Rotheram last October, Kering Beauté has announced who the new CEO of the fragrance company is.
Born in London, she will also join the executive committee of Kering Beauté and will report directly to CEO Raffaella Cornaggia, appointed in 2023.
Nathalie Berger-Duquene is part of Kering but has experience in the industry, having previously been at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she served as Global General Manager of Balmain Beauty since July 2022. Previously, at Estée Lauder, she was also at Tom Ford Beauty, where she held the role of General Manager for EMEA and at Kilian Paris in 2019, as SVP Global Marketing at Tom Ford Beauty.
Previously, she has been with Guerlain, L'Oréal and has worked with brands such as Biotherm, Helena Rubinstein, and Lancôme, and also served as General Manager for Fragrances at L'Oréal Luxe France.
