Spanish company Mixer&Pack appoints a new general manager. Javier Aguilera has been chosen after accumulating more than 25 years of experience in operations management, quality and industrial transformation.
Javier Aguilera will succeed Juan Mediavilla, who has held this role but will now face a new professional challenge.
Aguilera has extensive experience in the sector and has worked in companies related to the sector such as Grupo García Carrión, Hero, Nueva Pescanova and Mondelez International.
Agustín Gómez Loeches, President of Mixer & Pack, has expressed his satisfaction with this new stage that Aguilera will lead: ‘Aguilera's arrival strengthens one of our pillars: innovation, quality, people and service. We are convinced that his leadership and strategic vision will be key to continue to establish Mixer & Pack as the best perfume developer, while we continue to move towards a more efficient and sustainable model’.
