L'Oréal has strengthened its management team in Spain and Portugal and appointed Kim Dirckx as the new head of digital office and marketing.
Kim Dirckx takes over from Esther Garcia, who has accepted a new professional challenge as general manager of CeraVe in the United States. Esther García has played a key role in the digital evolution and marketing strategy of the Iberian cluster.
Esther García, since her arrival at L'Oréal in 2018, has driven the transformation of brands such as L'Oréal Paris and Essie, as well as leading corporate communications and social responsibility in Spain.
Dirckx has spent his career in a variety of industries, including consulting, automotive and advertising. Her journey at L'Oréal has taken her to strategic roles in Mexico, the United States and France, holding positions as CMO for Latin America and for the Consumer Products Division.
