L'Oréal Groupe has unveiled new changes and strengthens its management team in Spain and Portugal with new additions in the areas of human resources, finance and also in the shared services centre for Europe.

Rocío Muñoz now takes over as General Manager of Best Madrid, the service centre which has expanded its functions beyond finance with the creation of the DEC (Campus de Excelecnia Digital) and supports the digital activities of D2C and CRM in Europe, a D2C supply chain team and a centralised team for data management. Muñoz has been with L'Oréal since 2000, when he joined as commercial controller of the consumer products division.

Federico Rivero is now CFO of L'Oréal Groupe for Spain and Portugal, after having served as corporate controlling director for the group in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa region.

Florian Delagoutte is the new Group Operations Director for Spain and Portugal, and Clara Trindade is the new Human Relations Director for Spain and Portugal, who joined L'Oréal in 2016 as Human Relations Director for Portugal alone and has been in this role for almost five years.

With these additions, L'Oréal Groupe aims to position itself in the beauty market in Spain and Portugal, a dynamic market with double-digit growth, and to reaffirm its commitment to having a diverse team that reflects the plurality of its own consumers. It has more than 3,000 employees in the peninsula.
