Revlon has announced the appointment of Ralph Marshall as Chief Information and Digital Officer, effective April 1, 2025. Marshall will report directly to Michelle Peluso, the company's CEO.
Paul Smith, the current Chief Information Officer of Revlon, will leave his position in April 2025. Marshall, his designated successor, has extensive experience in technological leadership, having previously served as Global Technology Director at Merlin Entertainments and held senior technology roles at Starbucks, Nando’s, and McDonald’s. He specializes in aligning technological initiatives with business objectives, with experience across various technology platforms, including emerging technologies.
