The French cosmetics chain, belonging to the luxury conglomerate LVMH, has appointed Sarah Boyd as its new UK general director following the departure of Sarah Miles.
Boyd has previous experience in the same position, since, to date, she is responsible for leading Sephora Asia and Oceania. Based in Singapore, he was responsible for 16 countries. Prior to Sephora, she worked for Coca-Cola, Black & Decker and L'Oréal, and was Commercial Director for the Bourjois brand in the UK.
Sephora's president of Europe and the Middle East, Sylvie Moreau, is confident in Sarah Boyd's experience and leadership: "she will have the fantastic challenge of writing the next page of our UK story. Together with our talented UK team, will build the brand into the UK's best-loved beauty community, starting with the opening of our first London store this spring."
