BASF and Ventós extend their contractual relationship to offer the best fragrance ingredients and the most innovative flavours. The companies announced the renewal of the agreement in August, although the fact took place in June.
The producer and distribuitor of essential oils, aromatic chemicals and products for aromas and fragrances has explained to Next in Beauty that this renewal reflects the commitment of Ventós to distribute the BASF aroma ingredients portfolio efficiently and globally. Ventós says that being in the company of BASF is synonymous with being committed to cutting-edge innovations, such as substances like Velberry™, Dihidrorosan® and Santalol.
During the first eight months of the year, Ventós jointly presented the innovations mentioned above in Grasse and Barcelona. They have also taken the opportunity to share their vision and commitment to the environment, with the aim of achieving and creating a more sustainable future. They will be presenting these ingredients again at Beauty World Dubai and inviting Middle East customers to discover them from 30 October to 1 November.
"As a global partner, we also transfer this mission to our subsidiaries in Brazil, Colombia, China, France, Mexico, Singapore and the USA. All of them, except for the USA, also have a distribution agreement with BASF," Ventós sources explained to Next in Beauty in a press release. "We are very happy to reaffirm our collaboration with BASF. We have been working as a team for many years now and we look forward to many more," said Gaëlle Arnaudy, Senior Global Purchasing Manager.
