Give Back Beauty buys AB Parfums SPA. GBB has made official through its communication channels the acquisition of what was previously known as Angelini Beauty SpA. Give Back Beauty has signed an agreement that includes the purchase of AB with its headquarters, assets, brands and licenses.

Angelini Beauty specialises in the creation, development and worldwide distribution of fashion fragrances, including Italian Trussardi. It also distributes brands from the L'Oréal group such as Ralph, Lauren, Cacharel, Diesel, Azzaro and others.

Give Back Beauty is also acquiring Angelini Beauty knowing that it operates in key markets such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal and has approximately 200 employees.

Angelini Beauty, AB Perfums was founded in 2013 and was part of the Angelini Industries conglomerate, an Italian multinational group that is present in the healthcare, industrial technology and consumer goods sectors.

For its part, GBB collaborates with renowned brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Philipp Plein and Mercedes Benz.

Corrado Brondi, founder and President of Give Back Beauty, explained: ‘AB Parfums will operate within the GBB group as a business unit dedicated to European lifestyle and prestige brands within the fragrance and beauty sectors, while our Paris unit will lead the luxury brands and our two North American units will take care of US fashion brands and celebrity beauty projects. This acquisition also strengthens GBB's direct-to-retail distribution in key countries such as Italy, Germany and Spain. Outside Europe, GBB has distribution centres in the UK, US and Canada, along with regional offices in Latin America, the Middle East, Asia and Oceania’.

Angelini Industries CEO Sergio Marullo di Condojanni said that AB Parfums will now be able to fully develop its potential within GBB as a leading player in fragrances and beauty.
