Chinese cosmetics giant S' Young Group has completed the acquisition of RéVive Skincare. As reported by WWD news agency, Révive SkinCare, the brand founded by Dr Gregory Brown in 1997 after more than seven years under the ownership of Tengram Capital Partners.

RéVive Skincare, before being owned by Tengram Capital Partners, belonged to Shiseido until 2017. Now, seven years later, it has changed ownership to S'Young Group for a figure that has not yet been disclosed by either party.

RéVive Skincare CEO Elana Drell Szyfer has stated that the brand's leadership and management team will remain the same and will continue to occupy the same roles in this new phase.

S'Young Group is in the process of reshaping its portfolio of beauty products and brands. In 2022, the company acquired luxury skincare brand EviDenS de Beauté, and the French company retained independent management of the brand and team following the acquisition.
