What is Perfumería Júlia and how has it managed to adapt to the needs of the market and the consumer after so many years?Perfumeria Julia is the upscale retailer in the beauty industry in Andorra and Spain. It is a family business that was founded 85 years ago and over the years has been able to adapt to the international market while remaining faithful to its DNA, marked by the continuous search for quality products and services, the warmth of its shops and their environments, an exemplary obsession for advice to its customers and a customer service that has no equal in the market. What milestones would Gabriele Zaretti highlight since joining Perfumería Júlia?The roll out of our new Store Concept for the refurbishment of several shops, the restyling of our CRM "Beauty Club by Julia", the inclusion of pioneering and disruptive brands in the Luxury and Eco luxury segment, the enhancement of our beauty services, the inclusion of powerful corporate campaigns in our Retail Calendar, the integration of our distribution channels to match our value proposition for an omnichannel customer, the positioning of our own brands in the international market with internationally renowned players, etc. What challenges does Perfumería Júlia face in 2024? What long-term goals does the company set itself?For 2024 our main challenges are to continue to grow organically, to continue with our plan of reforms and tactical openings to create beauty environments and not only Perfumeries, and without a doubt to invest in our Julia community so that they remain loyal to their brand. In the long term, entering international markets is the natural destination for further growth. In terms of international expansion, you have online points of sale in France, Portugal and Andorra. Do you already have in mind the next territory in which Perfumería Júlia wants to be present through ecommerce?Italy, Germany, Holland and then wait and see what the market tells us. Do you plan to do so with a physical point of sale or a flagship store?We will have to do so, but for the time being we remain focused on Andorra and Spain where there are still opportunities to be explored. What can you tell us about the latest opening in Andorra?A success for its differentiating proposal that associates two brands (Perfumeria Julia and Lola Casademunt) of beauty and fashion in a 360-degree proposal for the women of Andorra and its tourists, who are looking for quality products, advice and warm atmospheres.
