On June 14th, AITEX, through a press release, opened the call for the fifth edition of the AITEX Business Awards. These awards stimulate, promote and value the business ecosystem of the Valencian Community and the Spanish territory. In this fifth edition, AITEX will reward the best projects and initiatives with a total of €90,000 to be distributed among all the winners. The first places in the three categories will receive a remuneration of €20,000, while those in second place will receive a total of €10,000.
The deadline for submitting entries for this call for entries is 10 October 2023.
These prizes will deliver to the organisations and companies related with the cosmetic sector that have promoted any of these two points:
- Development of a product or production process with a high degree of innovation.
- Eco-efficient management that has developed a product or production process that actively contributes to sustainable development and environmental protection.
The committee that will choose the winner of the awards is made up of three expert juries with top representatives from the textile, cosmetics and business sectors, who will be in charge of evaluating the candidatures. In this evaluation, the value proposition, innovation, environmental impact, results achieved, socio-economic footprint and quality of the proposal presented will be taken into account.
Companies wishing to participate in these awards must have their main headquarters in Spain, and must rigorously complete the documentation requested in the terms and conditions of the call, which is available at this link.
After five editions, the awards organised by AITEX have been consolidated at national level and contribute to its development and projection in the fields of innovation, sustainability and research.
