China and Spain strengthen ties in cosmetics

Barcelona, 14 October 2023. A wide delegation of employers of the Chinese cosmetic industry has visited these days in Barcelona to tighten bows and advance in different projects of collaboration between cosmetic companies of China and Spain.The delegation, that has included close to thirty directors, has been headed by Hou Juncheng, founder of Proya – the greater company of cosmetic by stock market capitalisation of China (valued in 7.000 million euros). Hou Juncheng Is also the impulsor of Beautéville, a clúster industrial of the cosmetic sector with headquarters in Huzhou and that agglomerates to the main Chinese companies of the industry.The delegation has visited diverse Spanish innovative companies, so much in the field of the cosmetic biotechnology (Lipotrue) as of the sector of the scents (Lluch Essence). Finally, they have been able to know at first hand the last projects and initiatives of the clúster Spanish that have been presented by Ivan Borrego, general director of the clúster. Later it has proceeded to sign an agreement of institutional collaboration with the presence of diverse representatives of the managerial Board of the Beauty Cluster, that represents to more than 240 Spanish companies of the industry of the beauty.In words of Ivan Borrego, 'The collaboration with key agents in the cosmetic industry of China is fundamental so that our sector can keep growing. Besides, it has had companies like OSM Biology, Hangzhou Sanxing Cosmetics Pack, Hangzhou Ebei Industrial, Hangzhou Secia Packaging Printing Industry, Zhejiang Goyoung Technology, Huzhou Dongwu Aromatics, Huzhou Yufan Cosmetics Technology, Chinese Beauty Industry(Huzhou) Investment and Development Corporation, Zhejiang Dandelion Cosmetic, Zhejiang Mansheng Industrial, China Zhejiang Ushas Cosmetics, Zhejiang Weiya Cosmetics, Yiwu Chunqing Cosmetics, Suzhou Boke Enterprise Group.
