'Germaine de Capuccini' gets second place for 'Club Germaine' in the 2022 DBA

The Valencian company nominated for the category of 'Best New E-Commerce in the Beauty sector' took second place

The past 22 September in the gala of prizes in The Pedrera, celebrated the II edition of the Digital Beauty Awards. This event promoted by the Beauty Cluster looks for to recognise the best projects and professionals of the Spanish sector of the cosmetic, perfumery and the personal care in matter of innovation and digitalisation.

One of the categories that compose these prizes is the one of "Better new e-commerce of the sector beauty", in which the different companies, they submit their nominations to the jury of experts for further evaluation. In this last edition, the jury received more than 300 candidatures for the different category that compose these awards.

In this case, Germaine of Capuccini achieved like the better second e-commerce launched in the last year inside the sector beauty to national level.

The prize collected by Pablo Seguí, Director of IT of the mark, and accompanied by Isabel Cucalón, E-commerce Manager by his initiative of 'The Club Germaine'. It consists in a new e-commerce where have fit so much B2B (the traditional public of 'Germaine of Capuccini') and the final customer. This project was born as a result of the pandemic, when the customers of the living rooms of beauty, aesthetic and hair salon needed the products that applied them in these places, but could not attend to him owing to the confinement. To put solution to this problem, 'Germaine of Capuccini' through his web page, the customer selects the necessary product to collect it in his centre of aesthetics and the process of purchase already would be made. Besides, it has personalised discounts, exclusive launchings and virtual queries

The purpose that really pursues the Valencian company with the 'Club Germaine' is that the customer relate with which more know his needs: the beauticians, hairdressers and professionals of sector, as it explained Pablo Seguí: "The aim of this new Club is to achieve that each on-line interaction turn into a visit to the Centre of Aesthetics building of this form a strategy omnichannel." Also it took advantage of to appreciate all the effort of the team.
