MiiN Cosmetics lands in Girona. The Korean cosmetics brand has opened its first boutique in the Catalan city of Girona, bringing the total number of boutiques nationwide to twelve.
The founder and CEO of MiiN Cosmetics, Lilin Yang, explained in a press release that since the first boutique opened in Barcelona, they have received a flood of requests for a boutique in Girona. "The moment has finally arrived. Girona is the third most populated province in Catalonia and we had to have a point of sale to satisfy the existing demand," said Yang.
The new MiiN Cosmetics shop in the city of Girona is located at Carrer Joan Maragall number 14 and has a surface area of 60 square metres.
MiiN aims to reach a hundred shops by 2028
The Korean cosmetics brand took advantage of the inauguration to explain MiiN's plans and strategy. For the time being, the Korean cosmetics chain wants to consolidate its presence in the main Spanish and European cities, reaching a hundred shops in the next five years. Currently, MiiN Cosmetics is present in Barcelona with four points of sale, Madrid, Bilbao, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza, Paris, Milan, Rome, Munich and other locations on the European continent.
Last 2022 it reached a turnover of 10 million euros and expects to increase by 80% this 2023. This summer it opened a 400 square metre shop in Barcelona, in Balmes street, and as a particularly distinctive point it has services such as Korean manicure and other cabin treatments that meant an outlay of 700,000 euros.
