RAFESA celebrates its 40 years promoting sustainability and faithful to its principles

RAFESA's 40th birthday served, at the same time, as the perfect excuse for a face-to-face meeting after almost two years of telematic anomaly

Celebration of 40 years old of the foundation of RAFESA

40 years of successes and learnings in common is something more than a good reason to celebrate in style, especially if we take into account that less than 30% of the familiar businesses survive to the second and third generation. It is not the case of RAFESA, whose path projects with strength to the future thanks to the stability of a solid team that combines the experience and knowledge purchased by Rafael Escribano, founder of RAFESA, the commitment and passion of Anna Escribano, his daughter and current CEO, and the energy and dynamism of its director of operations, Santiago Sepúlveda -and next generation at the head of the already insigne brand of packaging-.

To frame this sweet moment, the company dressed of gala in an event that no only commemorated to have fulfilled four decades of history, but it resulted to be a homage to the transversal values that have made possible that RAFESA no only go back and forth, but it do it in full form, facing each stage and the own challenges of each one of them with health and projects. To the act, that took place in the Centre of conventions and businesses of Badalona (BCIN), attended a nourished group of companies, collaborators, providers, employees, customers and friends, a lot of friends, along its entire trajectory.

The meeting served also to throw the sight backwards and do a moving balance in which RAFESA revived some of the most important moments of his history, without avoiding share those that have been harder or difficult and that also have left his print in a way to do that it has carried them to turn into one of the more reliable and committed actors of the sector of the packaging.

The view back and forth

It didn't be a review to the most stood out of a complex exercise, the 2022, "challenger in every way". The team feels passion by the sector of the cosmetic and perfumery and gratitude for being able to contribute his vision and knowledges. That is the best recipe to neutralise any charged, already was in shape of pandemia, inflation, or crisis of supplies. The honesty, anticipation and humility have revealed keys to face up them and ensure no only his survival, but his role like strategic actor and partner of confidence inside the market.

The 40 birthdays of RAFESA served, at the same time, of perfect excuse for a face-to-face meeting after almost two years of telematic anomaly. The role of the joy

Villena was the responsible to make a speech in which he gave good account of all the above: "What greater pride there is for a father and a mother, that listen to his daughter speak like this of them", highlight in front of the assistants. In his intervention, there was also place for the reflection, inviting to the presents to take out his own conclusions on the space that leave to the joy in our day in day out. The 40 anniversary of RAFESA has been, in fact, the granf finale to a year in which the sector has been able to, at last, meet again, was in meetings, personal visits, fairs, forums, reports, courses, colloquium or prizes, and between which this will inscribe like one of the most notable of the year.

The opportunity to have to so many professionals gathered was taken advantage of to reinforce the way that does some years took the company: the path of the sustainability from a perspective holistic in which all have to add efforts and assume responsibilities. Refill Is one of his tangible expressions more recent, a pot that is the perfect combination between luxury and sustainability and that answers to the requirements of a context of climatic emergency that RAFESA does not want to avoid.
