The consultancy specialising in the international regulation of cosmetic products has been awarded the InnovaPeme 2024 programme, which finances Innovation Plans in Processes and Organisation by GAIN (Axencia Galega de Innovación) of the Xunta de Galicia.
According to Sebastián Cabo, CEO of SigillumKS, ‘the award of this programme will allow us to complete the digitalisation of our cosmetic product assessment services, which we started in 2023 with the creation of an automatic regulatory compliance verification system’. The innovation plan ‘Digitisation of internal processes for the exploitation of toxicological information and associated document generation’, is articulated around the following elements:
- A new system for storage and management of toxicological information on cosmetic ingredients.
The automation of toxicological safety assessment and documentary obligations.
The generation of a new business line through a web tool for customers.
The call is aligned with the three challenges and priorities of the RIS3 (Research and Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation), a global strategy of the Autonomous Community of Galicia to improve competitiveness, economic growth and sustainable and quality employment through innovation and knowledge.
