Symrise Cosmetics Ingredients launched a new educational programme last September. "The Secret Heroes of Personal Care" is now available on Youtube and consists of lectures by experts from the cosmetics market on the production and distribution of cosmetic products.

The programme started on 21 September and consists of short videos conducted by industry experts with a rich background and knowledge in the cosmetics sector. They offer a deep insight into the philosophy and importance of product protection. They show the science, the challenges and the strategies for success. At the same time, they offer advice on the selection, combination, dosage and compatibility of cosmetic ingredients.
Students in the cosmetics field will learn the most relevant facts about ingredients and manufacturing processes from professionals in these videos. Consumers will also be able to access this type of information and understand more closely what is behind their favourite cosmetics.
