Candela Ruso Julve
Sensory investigation and of the Consumer
Graduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and Master in Public Health and Health Management from the University of Valencia. Since 2017 she works in AINIA as Project Manager in Sensory and Consumer Research where her activity focuses on the preparation, planning and execution of studies with consumers in the food and cosmetics sector, and development of R&D&I projects, mainly focused on the development of new sensory research methodologies and tools applied to Neuroscience or Virtual Reality.
