Agent of Projects of i+D+I - packaging and sustainability (AINIA)
Concha Bosch has a degree in Chemistry and a PhD in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology. She currently works in the Department of New Products and Processes at AINIA, where she provides technical assistance and conducts research projects related mainly to packaging materials, including topics such as selecting packaging materials to adapt them to specific products/foods (packaging-product interaction), eco-design of packaging to minimize environmental impact, new developments in packaging materials (including biomaterials and compostables), selection and adjustment of packaging systems, and chemical modification of various compounds for their incorporation into polymeric matrices or to provide functionality to coatings, among others.
