Jonathan Anderson leaves Loewe after twelve years. The creative director of Loewe, who has successfully relaunched the brand's image and turned it into an object of desire, has announced that Anderson, 43 years old, is leaving the company.

The professional wanted to share his thoughts on his departure through his personal profiles: "Reflecting on the last 11 years, I have been fortunate to be surrounded by people with imagination, skills, tenacity, and ingenuity, who have found ways to say yes to all my excessively ambitious ideas. Although my time at the House is coming to an end, the story of Loewe will continue for many more years, and I will watch it with pride, seeing how the incredible Spanish brand that I once called 'home' continues to grow".

Now, speculation points to Anderson's new destination: where will he go? For now, it is unknown, but some rumors, as noted by modaes, suggest it could be Christian Dior.

Anderson joined Loewe in 2013 and on his Instagram, he has also provided a brief overview of his time at the Spanish luxury company, adding that, "although my time at the house is coming to an end, the story of Loewe will continue for many more years, and I will watch it with pride, seeing how the incredible Spanish brand that I once called 'home' continues to grow".

The CEO of the firm, Pascale Lepoivre, also wanted to express her gratitude to Anderson for “the eleven years of unmatched creativity, passion, and dedication” to the development of Loewe. The executive, who has led the brand's business since 2016, noted: “With him as creative director, the house has reached new heights of international recognition. The Puzzle bag, which celebrates its tenth anniversary, has become a true icon, and the brand codes he has created, based on craftsmanship, will endure as his legacy".
