Tous regains control of the entire company after nine years. The Catalan company is once again the sole owner of the firm. The family has repurchased 25% of the shares that it had sold in 2015 to the Swiss fund Partners Group to regain 100% of the company's capital.

Partners Group entered the capital of Tous, which since its founding more than a century ago, had always belonged to the family itself. The capital advanced by Partners Group reached 150 million euros and the company wanted to boost its growth and expansion plan.

As indicated by various media, Tous has bought back this 25% to resume full control of its capital and begin a new phase within the framework of the company's new strategic plan.

According to the company, this stage comes to an end because the time frame set by both parties has been surpassed and it has ended with a period of ‘success’, with a 75% increase in sales and the growth of the online channel, which now represents 23% of Tous' total turnover. The Tous family will once again hold the entire share capital, maintaining shareholder control of the company, which will continue under the management of the CEO, Carlos Soler Duffo.

The Catalan jewellery and accessories company will continue to implement its strategic plan GEM (Growth, Elevation, Mindset) based on pillars such as international growth, digital impulse, innovation and sustainability. International growth will have two phases with its key markets, connecting with new audiences and giving more momentum to the brand. In the second, the firm will attack new markets.

Tous ended 2023 with a turnover of 477 million euros, 6% more than the previous year, and achieved a net profit of 50 million.
