Francesc Balaguer is a Chemical Engineer IQS URLL. He is currently retired but actively participates in the Beauty Cluster with his role as Member of the Advisory Board of the Beauty Cluster. During his career, he has worked as Ex-Project Manager of the R+D+i Laboratory of Antonio Puig S.A. and Isdin.
