After the success of its first edition last year, the 'Digital Beauty Summit' returns this year to live a day full of knowledge, experiences and success stories in digital beauty. The day will start at 9am and will last until 2pm at CINESA Diagonal in Barcelona, for a totally immersive experience.
The DBS has become the national forum for knowledge, innovation and reflection on digitalisation and e-commerce in the Spanish cosmetics, perfumery and personal care industry. The 'Summit' has been divided into 3 blocks in which the main verticals of the event are addressed: digital, innovation and communication, with artificial intelligence as the main protagonist of the day.
The first turn will be for Alfonso Álvarez-Prieto, CEO and Founder of Scentmate by DSM Firmenich, who will give an institutional welcome to all the guests as a new member of the Beauty Cluster board. Afterwards, Adrià Martínez, from Beauty Cluster, will open the first block: 'Digital Ecosystem, the future of beauty', with his speech 'Deep-Tech in the beauty sector, trends and perspectives'. Justo Hidalgo, from Adigital, will then explain the opportunities and challenges of Artificial Intelligence under European Union regulations. To close this first part of the day, Marta Panera, from FOREO will also guide us on the direction we will take through AI.
The second part of this 'Digital Beauty Summit' will focus on innovation and solutions to compete in a digital world and will be divided into two parts. Camila Tomás, from Puig, will talk about the well-known ChatGPT and its link with perfumes. Alfonso Álvarez-Prieto will explain the relationship with the revolution, and Adam Goswell from LUSH will also talk about the Metaverse after the Metaverse Beauty Week, and LUSH's most iconic products, its bath bombs. Maria Otworowska, from SkinBliss will explain how AI has become a 'fuel' for innovation in the beauty industry. Florian Brunet, from DKSH, will give his presentation 'Introduction to the Customer Facing Portal era - DKSH Discover'. Kiko Medina from MDB Suite, will explain to the attendees how to drive digital transformation in the B2B era, specifically from the hairdressing and salon sector. Victor M. Ruiz Sánchez from actiMirror, will talk about the point of sale with 'Personalised experiences in real time to differentiate Retail brands at the Point of Sale'.
Block 3 will focus on communication and the importance of knowing how to communicate with clients and consumers through social networks in the beauty sector. Marcos Domínguez from Pinterest will be present to explain the particularities of this social network, which is so popular in countries such as the UK. Daniela Munive, from The Beauty Makers, will talk about the future of beauty and the alpha and zeta generation in the digital era. Eva Castillo, from Dermofarm, will offer us tips and essential advice on how to fall in love with the 'silver target' or +55 in digital. A round table with Ambra Orini, from The Beauty Makers, Pablo Nueno, from Olistic, David Hart, from Saigu, Rosa Arcas, from SVR and Carlota Pérez, from You Are the Princess will bring this second edition of the Digital Beauty Summit to a close.
