This launch, as indicated in an interview with David García, the General Manager of Laboratorios Ximart, responds to active listening to the consumer: "We have to listen to the customer and their needs and respond to what they ask for. This, together with market analysis, has also helped us to cover the needs of other potential customers with these products. This ability to adapt over the years has enabled us to take on a multitude of projects, regardless of their complexity, thus generating a deep knowledge of the cosmetics world and being able to provide ever greater added value to the projects we carry out, both for our own brands and for third parties".

Its new 200 ml packaging is primarily aimed at providing more practical body care solutions. But that's not all. The brand has also set out to reduce the environmental impact associated with the use of plastic in packaging. In line with this eco-friendly vision, the cap on these new bottles has been carefully designed to reduce the use of plastic by 50%. This is related to Ximart's approach to sustainability: "We think about sustainability applied to products and people and always from an honest point of view. That is why we work on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Here, we prefer to focus on concrete targets in line with our strategy and values rather than trying to achieve them all and losing focus. There is no small goal, everything counts in order to do our bit for society and the planet" shared David García, CEO of Laboratorios Ximart.

On an international level, David García, explains that "it is evolving towards a process of digitalisation via marketplaces, which allow us greater immediacy both in brand presence and in market testing and analysis of results. The near future is defined by the strategic plan for the next 10 years, which we are just defining and which will mean a major transformation for both the laboratory and its brands".

David García also explained to 'Next in Beauty' what his clients demand the most: the creation of their own brands. "Most of our clients are attracted by our expertise in both the professional beauty and hairdressing markets, and our brands are a true reflection of this. Also the fact that we have been making solar products for Mercadona for two years is giving us a great position in this line of business and more and more clients are asking for our advice and support for their projects".
