Provital has announced its latest sustainability achievement, as assessed by EcoVadis for the year 2023-2024. In doing so, Provital demonstrates that its relentless pursuit of improvement has paid off and its EcoVadis score has risen from 71 to 74. This progression maintains its Gold Medal status, and places the asset management company in the top 5% of our industry peers.
EcoVadis, one of the world's most recognised corporate sustainability rating platforms, assesses companies' performance across a range of environmental, social and ethical criteria. Therefore, achieving and improving our score in this rigorous assessment is a testament to Provital's commitment and continuous effort to promote sustainable and responsible practices.
This increase in its rating reflects the numerous initiatives and policies that have been implemented over the past year. From adopting more efficient technologies to improving its labour and waste management practices, every step the company has taken has been focused on reducing our environmental impact and strengthening our corporate social responsibility.
"Our goal is to invest in actions to improve Provital's sustainability and advance the implementation of best practices. This EcoVadis Gold Medal validates our efforts" stated David de los Santos, QHSE Director at Provital. "We are committed to the constant search for ESG best practices, to continue implementing new standards of excellence in sustainability."
Provital welcomes the EcoVadis Gold Medal not only as a recognition of its past actions, but also as a motivation to continue to innovate and move towards a more sustainable future. Provital therefore takes this opportunity to thank our entire team for their dedication and its partners for their continued support on this journey.
