Quadpack has received a platinum medal from sustainability ratings company EcoVadis. Quadpack scored 79/100, placing it among the top 1% of the world's most sustainable companies. Progress in corporate sustainability, particularly in the areas of environment, labour practices and human rights, raised the company's rating from gold to platinum.

Hulya Gray, Quadpack's Sustainability Champion, explained that achieving this score is a testament to the company's commitment to sustainability: "I am delighted with this result, which clearly shows that we are on track with our sustainability aspirations. This achievement shows our commitment to making a positive impact, as well as our determination to keep improving. I would like to thank all the Quadpackers who have made such an exceptional contribution to making this a reality."

Quadpack's sustainability roadmap includes measurable targets. In the past year, it has published LCA-based environmental reports for all products in its portfolio, giving full transparency on their impact. Energy consumption measurement equipment has been installed in its factories, with improved waste streams and energy saving measures in its facilities around the world. It has also integrated a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Plan aimed at fostering an equitable working environment.

Alexandra Chauvigné, CEO of Quadpack, added: "Our platinum medal is the result of an objective analysis of our performance as part of a process of continuous improvement. As a B Corp, it is our role to set an example in using business as a force for positive impact and to try to inspire and help other companies in the supply chain; I am proud to say that our top 20 suppliers are now also EcoVadis certified. There is still work to be done, but we are determined to make every step we take a step closer to a more responsible future."
