The past Thursday, through Reuters, to official that the Korean cosmetic giant Amorepacific to with Tata Harper, the natural mark of luxury devoted to the care of the skin. At present, the mark that founded in 2010 in United States, commercialises his products through 25 digital shops, in addition to having his own available website direct to the consumer, Net-to-Porter and Cult Beauty. Also it does it through the physical point of sale thanks to his presence in Sephora, Bluemercury and Neiman Marcus.

Goldman Sachs & Co LLC acted like financial adviser of Tata Harper, whereas UBS Investment Bank advised to Amorepacific.
