The manufacturer of cosmetic ingredients and personal care Lubrizol has inaugurated this August the opening of a new cosmetic research centre in China, specifically in Shanghai. 

The company says that this hub is strategic to increase growth in its capabilities to grow and increase the speed to market of the Lubrizol beauty and personal care division in the Asian region. 

In this way, Lubrizol Beauty Research Institute expands the company's R&D area with a new laboratory in Asia Pacific and houses the main clinical trial teams and collaborative workspaces based on Lubrizol's best practices in clinical trials in Barcelona.

As Lubrizol explains in a press release, the centre will serve to enhance Lubrizol's technical services capabilities to provide personalised and comprehensive support to its customers, as well as to move from information to innovation faster and more efficiently through artificial intelligence and vision.
