Cantabria Labs obtains "Great Place to Work" 2023 certification

The Spanish pharmaceutical company has obtained the Great Place to Work certification, reinforcing its commitment to people and best practices

Cantabria Labs, a pharmaceutical company with more than 30 years of experience in the manufacture and distribution of pharmaceuticals and cosmetic products, has been certified as a "Great Place to Work 2023" by the consultancy firm Great Place to Work Spain, a recognition in the field of people management and business strategy, which is awarded annually to the best employers in the world.

Obtaining this certificate, with an overall participation of 90% of the staff, shows that Cantabria Labs is able to offer a good working environment, collaborative, motivating, close and where people feel proud to belong to the company.

Following a diagnosis of the organisational environment, which included sending a questionnaire to employees and a specific evaluation of the culture of people management, Cantabria Labs has obtained this recognition which accredits that it is an organisation with a culture of high trust, in which its staff is motivated to give the best of themselves. Cantabria Labs has grown exponentially in terms of the number of employees in the last 5 years: at that time, there were 671 employees, today, the pharmaceutical company employs a total of more than 1080 people, which represents a growth of 61%.
