The Lunar New Year collection will be available from 11 January in Lush shops. The collection includes the dragon-inspired Inner Dragon Bath Bomb, Blooming Dragon Gift and Wild Spirits Knot Wrap, designed to celebrate a year full of confidence and prosperity.
The range has been developed by teams in China, Japan and Korea through Lush's 'CoCreate' programme, a product creation internship for Lush staff to promote diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging by sharing authentic stories from their respective communities. Dragons, the only mythical beings among the 12 zodiac signs and legendary figures in multiple cultures, represent courage, strength and power, defying societal expectations. In tune with this vision, Lush distinguishes itself through boldness and creativity, leading a cosmetic revolution and challenging the industry norm.
- Inner Dragon: In Chinese folklore, dragons often carry a pearl in their claw or mouth, representing divinity and prosperity. This dragon carries a Lush bath bomb as a "pearl" and contains stimulating ginger and a citrus fragrance to revitalise body and mind.
